Beginners Welcome

Whether you've spent years on your mat or can barely sit still to read this, wherever you are in your journey is right where you are supposed to be. The practice of Yoga and meditation is a practice, whether you spend a minute mindfully aware or 11 is beautiful. I love to adjust my classes to challenge experienced yogis and infuse fun and accessibility to first time practitioners who often say, "I can't meditate, I think all the time.” Me too haha, that's why I practice meditation. To gently expand the space between thoughts and feelings. I began my practice to activate peace and heal mental patterns that no longer served me.
